At MVM Group, we operate the largest domestic energy knowledge center by building on the collective knowledge of employees with diverse social backgrounds, expertise and experience, serving as the basis for its continuous and safe operation.
• At our sites different generations work together, complementing each other in a cohesive community. We support senior and junior employees in various ways: internship program, graduate program, dual training, activities that promote intergenerational collaboration and senior career program provide support for the changing age- and generation-related challenges.
• At our organizations there are always at least 250 students present, including both university students and vocational learners.
• We run a career mentoring program, guiding underrepresented groups towards advancement opportunities.
• We run a comprehensive program named "Women at MVM” to raise awareness of the presence of women in the energy sector and to encourage our female colleagues to show their talents. As part of this program, Unconscious Bias workshops were also launched, where our colleagues can learn how to consciously and impartially guide their decision-making.
• New mothers can gradually return to the workplace through part-time work and shorter project work opportunities.
